Here i have tried to make a cb radio list sii file, some can be a little silent (less busy than others), has fire/police/ems/ham radios, AZ, CA, NM, NV, OR and WA, i have set bitrate to 1 so it groups them (easier to find). if they dont work (working for me) just comment which and i will try again (image for upload purposes only).

THIS LOOKS LIKE IT HAS POTENTIAL TO BE A GOOD MOD...THE DOWNSIDE IS YOU HAVE USED THE WORST UPLOAD LINK FOR THIS...PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER SITE AS CHROME WILL ALWAYS BLOCK THE "MODS.TO"SITE AND CLAIMS THAT THE FILE IS DANGEROUS..THAT IS ,.IT HAS VIRUSES..NOT MY CLAIM .THIS IS DIRECTLY FROM GOOGLE CHROME...CONSIDER RE-UPLOADING THIS TO SHAREMODS PLEASE.
Apparently you have a problem with your Chrome browser or your computer, mods.to has never had a problem downloading anything to my computer, perhaps learn how to maintain your computer before blaning other things.
Radio just skips it all. So it dosn't work!.
