You do no have permission to use our work and especially take it to another game as this is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of using the Giants Editor to Export the mod as you have done...
Remove this link and all other immediately..
By also removing or Terms of Use info means you are also in breach of the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE you quote as you have taken our work without asking..
Man, this is American truck simulator, not Farming simulator...
In any case who has the rights on the 3d model is giants software, not you. Now I realize that I should eliminate GTX mods from the credits, since in reality it does not have any participation here, because the 3d model is not yours and the rest of the mod is my work.
You have made the mod using a model we put together..
It may use Giants parts but you can not just go into the game and get anything like it.
SO all the 3d Work was done by us.. including the animal images you are using the jack stands, spare tyre holders and the A-Trailer chassis.
Apart from the fact when we made the mod as you see it according to Giants it is then our intellectual property and the only one with the right to edit it is Giants.
Using our work is stealing and you know it..
Also as I pointed out when you agreed to the Giants Editor Terms of use you said you would not export mod or 3d models for use in other Games and you have.. So this makes you very liable for damages.
No I guess you are a low life and you will make any excuse up to not remove this but any normal human knows that these are not just base game models (They are made from them) and what you have done is illegal..
p.s we have 100% participation in making the original model as you see it..

Wow, I just had a look too see what this argument was about and the poster here is correct. These models are a taken directly from a mod. No changes made at all.

This is a mod and not a game model, it is not good to take others hard work @ CYRUSV1RUS and claim it as your own...
This is not an American trailer. ATS stand for American Truck Simulator...NOT Euro truck simulator..
