Your mind does not understand that copyright affects the work done, not the origin of the file, but that is thinking too much for you.

Anyway, it is a variation of the mod, with many errors and visually horrible.

By "work", you mean doing absolutely nothing to the mods that you "edit"? Oh, wait, you unlocked files in the Scot that weren't meant to be used as they were unfinished....but you couldn't finish it.....because you suck....and you're a cancer to the community, and quite frankly the planet....and you then lock your "edits" and again, hide behind something that no modder can claim, as the truck companies could easily stop all modding period.....but....hey...I'm stupid, right?
