Load order is
1 Kdog's map
2 Alaska map
3 any other map mods
map starts at Shelby Montana and connects to Alaska
There are plenty of signs to tell you where to go.

My background is completely shifted to the left, so that the roads fall into the ocean. Is this normal?
I don't follow you. There is no ocean in my map there are frozen lakes.
New version with more roads is out today.
