I have no idea how to use this now. I've used all the other versions with no problems. All I had to do is replace a couple of files with the new ones. This pack does not seem to have any of those files. In fact I can not even find an SCS file, only things like SII, OGG. No idea what to do with these.
It looks like this guy, Kamazist10, stole this from the original author and is calling it his own. Apparently he is too stupid to make it into SCS files that will actually work. Found the real one on another site and have downloaded it.
