1962 Gavril Dynamo V1.0

DESCRIPTION

The Dynamo, Gavril's luxury personal coupe sold in the USA from 1960 to 1962. It was powered by a 388 CUI 'Noble-88' V8 engine paired with a 3-speed 'Super-Matic' automatic transmission, with dual wishbone suspension up front and coil sprung live axle at the rear. Through 1960 and 1961 the Dynamo was styled with sharp horizontal tailfins, curved A pillars and a tri-point fascia. In 1962, the Dynamo received an update to a more subtle and tasteful look with the fins replaced with a wraparound bodyline, A pillars straightened and a redesigned fascia. The interior was also updated with new seat and steering wheel designs. Both versions were available in either hardtop or convertible body styles.
