Added features of version 0.31:

- Cargo boxes (passenger seats, both left and right hand drive, rear seats and trunk);

- Added an Openable Mod: front doors, rear doors, hood and trunk lid open and close using triggers;

- Fixed all door hinges so they don't sag from above, so they work properly;

- Added emergency lighting alarm;

- Added electric ignition states: sensors, GPS screen and temperature scales will go off when the ignition is turned off. A welcome message will be displayed in accessory mode;

- Fixed the gas pedal: the fixed part with screws will now remain in place;
