Achterhoek Map v1.0 for ETS2 V1.23

Hi the map works now on ets2 version 1.23!! The map is succesful converted!

New cities and roads.
1 Zelhem
2 new road to Zelhem
3 And more!!!

Map works only with the Dlc’s going east and North.
Map is tested on ets2 version 1.23..
