Added Cargo boxes for new 4x2 Ultra Short Chassis, Dropside, Flatbed and Coolliner

Added small rear closet in both skin and paint for Ultra Short 4x2 Chassis

Fixed Shaking on truck by adding new "No Trailer" from Remon. Big thanks to him. :-)

Fixed left side closet on Coolliner and Profiliner Tandem trailer to fit.
