Extract it!
Paste the .scs file(s) into your My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod folder.
Run game ~> Edit profile ~> Enable mod.

ive sais this before i used to work with charlie....he didnt have that fella and the michallin men on the top he'd slap ya for it...and allways had side skirts and a low bar...
