ETS 2 Sound mod

This mod includes:
- Reworked all the default engine sounds (volume, fan sounds, interior rumble, tarmac, gravel, grass sounds, gearbox howl, etc)
- Environment sounds (nature, ai cars, city noises, movers and so on)
- decreased the yawn volume level
