Features of this mod:

-Combines, fixes and merges three Greenland map mods (SFIGC, Project Greenland, ProMods - Nuuk),

-Overwrites SFIGC's Nuuk with ProMods' Nuuk and overwrites SFIGC's Nanortalik with Project Greenland's Nanortalik,

-Fixes all conflicts between those three maps,

-Optimizes the amount of ferries.
