The mod removes the city of Richmond from the London Enhanced area, which was an unselected city object on the map, and for some reason the Guernsey mod gives Richmond as the city name in that object!
Place the mod above London enhanced mod, if you don't know where to place it you can find the loading order in the mod description or check here my Load orders for probably proper Load order:
