New cargo for ETS2

- Added gas tanker support
- Added flatbed container support for all container freights
A simple cargo mod for ETS2, which adds over 70 new freights for different trailer types.
The mod is currently translated to the following languages:
Bulgarian, German, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese & Brazilian Portuguese, Turkish
