Rain & Fog HD Add On For Brutal Environment Mod

Hi Folks, well ive made this little Add On for the mod Brutal Environment by Stewen.
So with this little mod the Rain is more Realistic and something to me at least personally the Brutal Environment did not have any Fog really so with this add on now there is Fog or Mist in roads added and Rain is replaced with more realistic to Brutal Environment mod.
Here a small Video for you guys have idea how more and less Brutal Environment looks like with this little Add On:
Sry guys this aint the best Video probably but u guys will have pretty good idea how this mod works :)

NOTE: This Little Mod ONLY Works if u have the mod Brutal Environment Versions 10.1 & 11.1 Not Tested in previousl Brutal Environment Versions, is possible to work in older versions.

IMPORTANT: Put This Rain & Fog HD Add On mod and activate it AFTER Brutal Environment mod in order to work.
