SCANIA 4 SERIES v1.2

Mod added Scania 4-series, replace one of the Scania R in Truck dealer.
Truck have oryginal interior with animation and pre-tuning options.
Is available in v1.0 Topline cab, chassis and 2 - plastic and metal.
Mod tested and works on v1.8 and 1.9
