Lift axle for Scania_Rcab_2009
* For the lifting axle with steel rims do you do the mods: "Lift axle steel rims" & "Steel Wheels" in the mod folder. For a better effect, see the attached picture called "Instruction Picture"
* If you prefer a lift axle for standart rims you just do the mod: "Customized Lift axle for wheels" in the mod folder.
Tested in version 1.8.2.5 (working until now in all versions)
