Chassis covers should work now

-Updated for 1.43 version.
-Fixed interior sounds and reflections.
-Fixed missing parts.
I decided to update the P & G mods, thanks to Wolfi for let me edit his mod!
This mod its standalone in dealer like R4 series by RJL & LoaderSaints but it uses the scania R chassis for the cables!
You still need the RJL & LoaderSaints Scania R to use them!
