Docking with projects RusMap + SouthernRegion + VOLGAMAP + PGS + KirovMAP and another.

- Correct backing and docking of the maps.

- Fixed errors found in version 2.9.0.
- Added a new country: Kazakhstan, Mamlyutka settlement (North Kazakhstan region), as well as parts of the M-51 and A-21 highways. Added border crossings, Custom Post Petukhovo and Custom Post Zhana-Zhol.
- Added new gameplay elements, improved existing ones (purchase points from roadside vendors).
- Expanded pack of high-quality graphic elements for company design from Dragon`s Design studio.
