    DESCRIPTION

    v17.73
    Capped sounds of tires on asphalt, gravel and grass to a certain volume to prevent tires with high noise ratings from being louder than intended.
    Added delays for default AI car horns for patient drivers in traffic to prevent short intervals between repeating honks. (Car alarms will no longer work on parked vehicles as a side effect, however car alarms are on the decline anyway)
    Added delays for default AI truck horns to prevent short intervals between repeating honks. [ETS2 edition]
