new cargo system for Egypt

all Bugs fixed
Adaptation to the 1.22 patch
These Mapversion can't be played with the patch version 1.21.X (or before)!

Russian Open Spaces v2.4 map was connected but, didn't try a delivery run from there as yet.

Had a problem with some ‘glitches’ during the delivery run.
Unsure if it had anything to do with the 2 maps connected.

Das Game bricht sofort ab. Aktuell ist Version 1.23.1s
