Homemade 900kg Weight

I am releasing this mod on behalf of Fergieman who is a member in EU Modding.
Here is a Homemade Weight,
This weight is used to stabilize tractors when they have heavy implements or trailer on the back, or the weight can be used on the back of the tractor if needed when lifting heavy things to keep the back wheels on the ground.
