This is a placeable service area for larger vehicles including tractor trailer combos. You have a full length operational hoist along with room for any accessories you may wish to add. All of this combined gives you the space you need to handle your truck fleet and most  of your machines. The price is $27,000 with upkeep of $5. The green tank is a nonfunctional oil tank, it is NOT a gas station.
