Nickersons Farm is a real life farm located in Rothwell, Lincolnshire, UK.

Info -
● 3 Yards.
● 6 arable fields, 12 grass fields.
● Multiple Sell points.
● Farm dealership.
● Traffic.
● Milk truck.
● Pedestrians.
● Dairy.
● Stables.
● Default vehicles.
● Auto opening gates.
● Extended growth times, Time faster mod is needed.
● Ability to connect the Zunhammer pipes to the slurry pit then to the slurry tanker.
● Large Village with a pub, kids play area, spar shop, village shop, fuel station and bus stop.
● Manual opening farm shed doors. Press O when you're close to them.
● Manure mod, Set to work on arable fields only.

Triggers -
● Wheat, Barley and OSR to be stored in the grain sheds at the village arable yard, Corn to be stored with tip alt.
● Potato to be stored larger brick building at the second arable yard, Reverse up to the blue conveyor.
● Sugar beet to be stored in the small brick shed at the back of the second arable yard.
● 3 large silage pits at the livestock yard that accept both grass and maize.
● Manure is inside the cattle shed.
● Slurry is to the side of the cattle shed, park at the end of the manure ramp to fill.
● Fertiliser, Spray and Seed triggers are at all 3 farm yards.
● Cow feed troughs are both inside and just outside the cattle shed, along with the straw trigger.
● Sheep feed is in front of the sheep shed witch is located in the grass field across from the livestock yard.
● Vehicles reset to the farm dealership. [
● Egg collect is around the stables, make sure you check around all the bales.
● Wool collect is next to the sheep shed.
● Buy equipment from CTS Agricultural Machinery.
● Fuel is located at all 3 yards and the village fuel station.
● Sell equipment inside the workshop located through the first gate of CTS Agricultural Machinery.
● Sell bales at woodlands view stables.
● Sell all grain at MGN Grain Merchants.
● Sell all root crops at British Root LTD.
● Sell wool at Smiths Wool Merchants.
● Sell eggs at the village farm shop witch is next to the fuel station.
● Water is at the village lake, Across the road from the farm dealership.
● Milk is collected and sold by the milk truck.
● Loading grain from the farm store can be done with a loader and bucket or the silos at the back of the yard.
● Loading beet and potato can be done with a loader and bucket or by reversing under the conveyor belt.

Inside the .zip file along with the map, there is my current save game.
● 1 Full silage pit.
● Animals fed.
● Animals bedded.
● Stack of 40 straw bales inside the shed with opening doors at the back of the livestock yard.
● Stack of 40 hay bales inside the shed with opening doors at the back of the livestock yard.
● All arable fields drilled with 40mt tram lines for spraying/fertilising.
● Plenty of cash!
● Default Equipment.
● Fertiliser and seed bags neatly stacked at the second arable yard out side the village.

Please Note -

If you start a new save game then you will have to drill all the arable fields, If you use a save game provided then you will have all fields drilled for you.
You must have the map door trigger in your mods folder for the manual barn doors to open.
