Why post a mod for public use if you lock it and only give key to people registering and using forums of using another site?

Did I miss something?
I am asking because I can not get this or the recycling center to work and they appear to be locked needed a pass key. I do not speak French and the site does not have English translation and therefore of no help to me.
This is why he does this.. they take others mods.. slap some worthless skin on it then try to get idiots to join their forums to get the key to get his skin job. He is useless and untalented as well. I just cannot believe anyone actually joins his forums for the passwords to this trash. I had not seen this muppet on here for a while.. I was hoping he got hit by a bus or something.. shucks no such luck.

Ich bin dem "Forum" beigetreten und nun finde trotzdem das Passwort nicht.
Angeblich wird man erst geprüft und dann bekommt man Zugriff auf das Passwort...
das ist reine verarschung hier! jede mod von dem ist mit passwort gesichert
