Traffic pack v1.0

here is first a whole pack traffic from east vehicles, bs is now running without any problems but this is no guarantee that other maps is in the pack are the vehicles, sound files, and the appropriate xml

but I will still try yet hinzukregen the usual way it fits with the Modsordner together what was a yes facilitated by giants NOT
