U need to repack and take folder "JohnDeere6810" in mods.

The file hasn't been packaged properly. Its a RAR file with the folder within it.
If you download this. Extract as is to your Desktop, it will create a folder named JohnDeere6810. Go into this folder and then select all the files within this folder then archive them to a ZIP file. Once the ZIP file appears cut and paste to your MODS folder. Delete the folder after this is done. You should be good to go now.
Every day is a new day to learn something and this case couldn't be more true. Ignore my comment above. Extracting the folder into your Mods folder as per the original posters post above works just perfectly fine.
