Bridge parts v2.0

The bridge parts are suitable for installation with the Giants Editor.

New parts:
- Curve 45deg
- curve 90deg
- 4 inclined parts
- Guard rails for all new parts

Adjustments to 'BridgeEnd5m'. Is now 5 meters longer.
False normal map fixed for concrete material.
Texture mapping for asphalt improved (gray stripe removed in the middle).

The textures are adaptable. (Instructions in the ReadMe)
The road is 7 meters wide.

The parts can be copied without problems from the supergroups.
