I only see 2 axles. The steering does not count as an axle when you call a truck a "3 axle" or "2 axle".
Incorrect.
Picture listed is of what`s regarded as a 3 axle tractor unit. Try arguing with a toll booth attendant that you only have 2 axles when you`re trying to cross a bridge, see where your logic gets you.
It`s a 3 axle, just because the front doesn`t have an axle in the sense that it`s driven (Only steered) doesn`t mean it`s not regarded as an axle.
