These are required for Mercer County, but they are released as a separate mod to make it easier to update them, and to use them for future maps.

there isn't an actual building
@ME.I believe all the stuff for mercer county thats out atm only works for that map
OK. ONLY that this building is not even on this map and you can't buy it
