Its a high detail model, with many options, if you don't like it, leave.

I've worked with high poly mods and know that something is wrong with this, apparently you know nothing about modding except how to download them so just keep your hole shut, and let the adults' talk.
it's due to there being a ridiculous ,albeit unneeded, amount of spec maps (aka Dirt and Wear maps), i believe it is around 40
unzip the file and run it through the test runner program from giants and you'll find it has lots of files that need to deleted and fixed tons of i3d errors and duplicate files as well as duplicate ingame files that should not be in the mod file but pathed to the ingame location cause the HUGE file size like the following... plus issues with the shaders normal and gloss maps or a lack of them when they should be used.
