there are no boat mods though
a little bit of editing and now I have a boat trailer and a boat to match.
Learn some editing and you can do it too.
You have to have water vehicles don't sink in to make the invisible tires on the boat not constantly give you the vehicles to deep message.
Same way drivable boats was made in FS15
