It does not have a proper mod structure. It asks to "Place files in Farming simulator 19/data/fillplanes". Moreover it only has 3 textures: grass/hay/straw. 3 textures do not constitute a mod!

you clearly have no idea about mods, nor replacement-mods.. maybe you should info yourself a lil bit more, before you go and say somebody is wrong.
