Modyfikacja całkowicie blokuje możliwość zaciągnięcia kredytu w grze.
Po spłaceniu domyślnego kredytu już nigdy więcej się nie zadłużysz.

whats the point? this is already an option in the base game. just dont take a loan. simple.
as you can see, you can only form one question ...
I conclude that you did not play on dedicated servers and you do not know what a few or a dozen people play, where certain rules are set and not every newcomer wants to follow them and does it in their own way.
this is what this mod is for, that you don't need to watch over such "elements" because they have this option blocked in advance
