Buying Price Difficulty Correction v0.1.0.0

Correction of incorrect purchase prices and the display in LS22
Fixes the incorrect purchase prices that are now displayed per 1000 in the price list instead of per 100 as before.
Changes purchase prices based on difficulty like sell prices.
