Cleaned up code and removed unused functions and classes
Crop edge detection improved for harvester unloader (pursuit is stopped beforehand to leave more space for the turning maneuvers of the vehicles)
AD sends an event when it has parked a vehicle (interface for other mods)
Forage harvester unloader now has precalculated turning maneuvers to work with less space (currently only 180° turns implemented!)

Experimental:
AD starts driving even before automatic folding of attachments is completed #96

Path calculation based on calculated travel time instead of distance (still under observation, since slightly higher performance requirement)

Haven't been able to find a solution, and maybe I'm missing a simple option/setting.



How do I setup Pickup+Deliver with an Auger?



I am attempting to empty a silage silo with a belt and auger setup. AutoDrive refuses to drive under my auger though. It parks right in front of it. If I manually drive under the auger and far enough forward, then turn on AD, it will load properly and then proceed to my sell point, sell, and returns and then parks and sits in front of the auger again. Its so close to working flawlessly, but can not get it to load without manually disabling AD and driving under the auger, then starting AD again.
