The dynamic sky mod will diversify the appearance of the sky, in the package there are 19 different skies for a standard map and 19 for a 4x map.

You buy it from the store.. Not that hard to figure out lmao.. But it is completely useless, there isn't anything dynamic, just a static skybox.
