Before asking for money or just assuming everyone had this mod in 19 maybe you should actually put a mod description in.
No money was asked for. They just put a reference in for appreciative people who respect the work put into the mods they've built. If you didn't own FS19 (or 17 for that matter), this Complex was built into a few maps that featured full production and could very well have been the inspiration for production chains in FS22.
These buildings were a central part of the "Multi-fruit production" map series. From grains to fruits, you could grow almost anything and from that, you transported processed goods to these Complexes to be turned into more products. Very similar to the smaller production system built into FS22 here. A little history there.
In their defense, I have never known WM to "ask" for money or produce paid mods. But like some other modders I donate to, they are just giving us the option.
