Aaaand... It was already in the game. Giants gave us the "mod" to activate it!
only moron here is you i have done this mod from 17 to 16 and to 22 now do your self a favor and punch youe self in the face for being born

BTW... It is also scripted in FS22.
You can use the ORIGINAL GIANTS mod to activate it.
Here comes the instructions:
You can take the FS19 version, change to rename the zip file to FS22_disableVehicleCameraCollision.zip and it will work. This will create new menu setting for toggle the camera collision which has to be turned on as well.
(Officially GIANTS say there is a display bug caused by it (flickering), but I've been using it since the day of release with no issues at all. Maybe they will release it officially after this next patch, or not.) :D
