You can (de)activate the tabbing of the current vehicle with Ctrl + T.
In Multiplayer the parking state is only set for yourself.
The state is saved in single player and in multiplayer.

You're spot-on... that's one the mods I'm looking for from FS19... Find more from FS19... I'm Hungry for more (look up all of the FS19 game changing mods... you found one already!). Thanks.
Doesn't work after patch 1.4. Can even get into server with it installed. I did do test and it was the only mod keeping me from joining.
