We don't put sugar in yogurt around here (in Turkey). It came different.
Turkish Style Yogurt:
2 kg of Milk + 2,5 tablespoons of fermented yoghurt (assuming we bought it at the factory) + x LPG (to boil the milk) > 1 kg of yoghurt
After boiling the milk, it is cooled to 45°C and mixed with fermented yoghurt. It is then cooled.
If it was made in the same factory with cheese, it would save buildings. How do we do that...
White Cheese: Milk 6kg +Salt+(Gas)+(cheese "yeast")>Cheese1kg +Whey 0.4kg (420 grams)
Yogurt: Milk 2kg. +(Gas)+(yogurt starter)>Yogurt 1 kg
etc.
