Universal autoload temp fix v1.0.0.0

DESCRIPTION

Same ual just changed the vertion in moddec.xml from 0.4.5.8 to 0.4.5.9 the derect download is the fix the other is the original.

A crooked version! 0.4.5.8 works more stable. And 0.4.6.0 puts pallets crookedly
