Wheel friction is your issue in the wheel .xml make sure its set to mud type, and the friction is high. compare to in game weels as reference.

thx just tried didn't fix it though I have an idea now that I'm gonna test
nope wasn't that...... I believe it's something in this tag
PS I also noticed the front wheels turn backwards when the tractors in a lower gear
which it won't let me post..... 🙄
