<p>Like Jeremy Hartman,<br /> I can't hook anything up.<br /> The hook WON'T connect,<br /> The bar on the back WON'T show,<br /> Cars WON'T stay ON the flatbed when loading!!!</p>

<p>And the gate at the dealership won't open, I had to set them open in GE to be able to leave the terrain!!!</p>

<p>The back flap won't hang shut, it is all over the place during travel...</p>
