Personally I think this works great, for limited use. Perfect for pushing logs around.
If you move crops, it stays stuck to your blade and you end up pulling the pile back.
Improvements I would like to see:
Customized paint option
Back attachment for weights
Better traction, to prevent spin outs.
The ability to move your blade left or rate.
A release option for the crop being pushed, so you don't drag it back.
