do they have some form of load lock or working straps to keep loads in place? as the versions before these did not.
I am not sure i am new to this just recently got the game for xbox and trying to figure out how to put trailers and a truck on my game

No these do not have functioning load straps, just like the first time this was uploaded. Not sure if there are even any changes here. The straps exist, and you can fasten them, but they wont attach to pallets.
