You need to play the map on medium graphic,because the map has some bug and can't support higher graphic than medium.So put it on medium and play.

map does not work. can't buy any land and vehicles don't let you drive them.
GnG Modding on Facebook might can help with the Medium graphics setting to play I have tested and took part in the fixing that very issue. I just test and do mod reviews but Mike I feel can help with that if possible. That way gamers can enjoy the map like you want at higher graphics.
