Maybe ETS 2 would be a good place for this truck.
Ye, it really looks like an ETS2 Truck with the spikey Wheelnuts on this Picture..
But i'm seeking for new Trucks in FS19 with high Details, so i'll download and test it anyway.

Looks great but threw up errors unfortunately
Looks better in the picture than the mod is, like CARNFIX said i'm also looking for trucks in FS19 so i downloaded it but it had issues so it got removed.
