Dude it's clean but just so you know you really need to scan the .exe not the zip, the zip foesn't have the same hash and stuff but it's still clean better do that and risking getting called out
From Avast forum: "So it seems that decent scanners will detect malware even if it is zipped. Now I can better interpret the results that Jotti and VT gave me for the zipped file I submitted. And I now know that it's okay to zip a file before sending it to them if I need to in the future."
VirusTotal unzips zip files and then runs the tests on the files inside. It would be pointless to do it any other way. I assume you tested the exe, and that is why you obtained the same result of c
