Why isn't this creation placed in the Mod folder instead of in the main Farming Simulator 2019?

I thought I figured it out but please tell me how this should be installed in Farming Simulator 2019 it sure looks like a great mod. Thank you.
@RVC should be installed in the Mods Folder
Please excuse my lack of knowledge but if I unzip it and install "FS19_ Horse large" into Farm Simulator 2019/mods as downloaded get: FS19_games/textures/horselarge.dds/horselarge.i3file format/horselarge.i3d.shapes/husbandryHorseLarge/mod.desc" it does not show up in Farm. Simulator 2019. Again forgive my lack of knowledge in this issue but what am I doing wrong? Thank you.

How many horses? Do I have to install it before you will honor me with that information? You're the second jerk so far that won't bless us with that little tidbit of information. Imagine if all the Tractor mods didn't tell you how many horsepower.
